Terms of Use

You may use Palettiva for personal coloring, creating, saving, printing, and sharing through the features we provide. You are responsible for your device, internet access, and activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure.

Many features work without signing in. Guest work may remain only on the device and can be lost if browser storage is cleared. An optional account enables features such as cross-device saving and purchases. You may request deletion through our Account Deletion page.

You keep your rights in photos and other content you submit. You give us permission to process, store, resize, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate features you request. You must have the right to use anything you upload. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.

A share link may make the selected artwork available to anyone who has that link. Do not share content that you do not want others to view. You are responsible for the content you choose to share.

Prices and included features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the plan shown at checkout unless canceled. You can manage or cancel through Palettiva’s billing controls. Refunds and billing rights may also depend on the store or payment provider used and applicable law. App-store purchases, when offered, are additionally governed by that store’s terms.

Palettiva and its provided artwork, design, software, branding, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your access is a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse Palettiva except where the law permits.

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Palettiva is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Palettiva, or others, or when these terms are materially violated. To the extent permitted by law, Palettiva is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as Palettiva changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent through our Support page.
