Delete your account

What gets deleted — permanently

• Your Palettiva account, profile and sign-in.
• Cloud-saved coloring progress, palettes, preferences, photo pages, and personal coloring previews.
• Your pack favorites and reviews, and any public share links to deleted work.
• Any remaining credits and access to packs you bought — these cannot be restored or refunded.

If you have an active membership, cancel it first on the membership page — deleting the account does not stop a recurring payment. Some purchase or transaction records are kept where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. Guest work stored only on your device is not part of the account; clear the site’s stored data in your browser or device settings to remove it.
