When something isn't working
A few quick checks fix most problems before you need to report one.
- A picture looks blank or half-drawn: pull down to refresh the page, then reopen it.
- Colours look wrong: check whether you're in Blacklight mode, and check the number's assigned colour.
- Work missing on another device: make sure you're signed into the same account on both.
- Taps not landing where you expect: tap the reset button to return to the full, centred view.
- Still stuck? Send it through the Suggestion box, choosing “Something is not working”, and say which picture it was.
💡 Naming the picture and what you tapped just before it went wrong makes a problem far quicker to fix.
