🔦Glow pictures and blacklight mode

The glow library paints twice: normal daylight colours and a neon version that lights up.

1. Open Glow from the top menu, or tap Glow Pictures on the home page.
2. Filter by the four glow categories, or search the way you would for any picture.
3. Inside the picture, switch between Light and Blacklight — every colour has a matching neon twin.
4. Blacklight uses the neon and glow-in-the-dark pencils, so numbers stay the same in both views.
5. Glitters and metallic finishes sparkle in both modes; try them on small areas first.

💡 Colour in Light mode, then flip to Blacklight at the end — it's the best reveal in the app.
